Subtlety Fail

The bit about the time frame is worth footnoting, as the speaker claims that there is a range - presumably depending on the missile in question - of 30-33 minutes flight time at most for a nuclear missile flying from North Korea to a target inside the US. The question arises, then: just what missiles are we talking about? Surely not the missiles North Korea actually has, since they have nothing that can reach America, and the longest-range missiles they do have - like the one that recently failed to launch a satellite into orbit - can’t carry anything as heavy as a nuclear payload.
